Our feedback system is setup as a debate forum where users can post their opinions of the transaction and can reply to what has been posted. You can post a response by clicking View User Feedback in For Sellers or For Buyers and then follow the on-screen instructions for posting a reply. We cannot decide who is 'right' or 'wrong' in feedback matters; we allow both sides to post their opinions and we let the viewing public decide.
You may feel differently than the other party, but disagreeing is no reason to remove the other party's opinion of the transaction. Doing so would compromise the integrity of the feedback system and make it worthless.
Please do not contact Customer Support to have feedback removed or changed unless that feedback contains vulgar material, personal contact information, or other disallowed information as described in our Feedback Overview.
